1. Are Custom Orders Refundable? 

   All custom orders are final sale.

2. How long does each Custom piece take?

   This time will depend on your custom selection.  Maximum of 7 days for Ready to Wear. Maximum of 21 days for Measurement provided custom pieces.

3. What is the Processing Time?

   Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. If you need expedited services, please contact hysisdesigns@gmail.com and we will further assist you.

4.  Refunds

   All custom orders are final sale. Any orders that include measurements cannot be cancelled or returned, even if the order hasn't shipped yet.

5. Shipping Information

   • Domestic — Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Tracking information will be sent once the item is processed.

   • International — No international sales will be taken at the time.
